Mitchi terms of use
Effective date: October 22, 2026.
Mitchi is provided by Mohamed Tawfik Mohammed Mohammed Ali. Contact Mitchi support for license, support, or account questions.
Your account and license
The Mac workspace requires a Mitchi account, an activated license, internet access and a supported Apple silicon Mac. The Canva browser library requires a Mitchi account and internet access; it does not require a Mac installation or a paid Mitchi license. Keep your account and activation key secure. The standard lifetime design license is linked to one account and permits two active devices. Your issued license and purchase agreement govern your specific entitlements.
The lifetime design license includes one year of app updates and the first year of publishing for three profiles. See current pricing for the available launch offer. Publishing renewal and additional profiles are separate from design access. AI access is also separate and depends on the account and service you connect. Future app updates, publishing renewal and additional profiles are separate purchases.
Your designs and connected services
Only upload, import, or use content that you own or have permission to use. Importing content does not transfer ownership or expand the rights granted by its original license.
Canva connection is optional. You authorize Mitchi to read design metadata and request an export of the designs you select. The browser library stores and previews PDF snapshots; it does not edit layers or sync changes to Canva. The separate Mac workspace imports supported text and image layers; some elements, effects, or fonts may differ or remain flattened. Review imported designs before using or publishing them. This connection does not edit or publish designs in Canva.
Canva and other connected services have their own terms, content licenses, availability, and account requirements. Connecting them does not bypass their restrictions. You can disconnect Canva in the browser library, or manage a separate Mac connection in Mitchi’s Import from Canva dialog.
Use of the service
Do not use Mitchi to violate applicable law or others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, expose another person's account or credentials, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for reviewing content and authorizing any publishing or advertising action.
Privacy and support
The workspace privacy notice explains account and project data. The connection privacy notice explains provider credentials and imported content. Disconnecting Canva does not delete designs already imported into Mitchi. For account deletion or support, contact Mitchi support.
Any rights that applicable consumer law gives you continue to apply. These terms do not replace a separately agreed purchase or license agreement.
